Bistro On3 A La Carte Dining
Bistro On3's new menu has been inspired by France's most popular seasonal bistro classics. Our feature plat du jour is equally accommodating for solo diners such as hotel guests as it is for families, small groups and couples alike.
Bistro On3's service style is relaxed and guests are encouraged to engage with our waiters to discuss the French dining offering. Located poolside at Sofitel, our dining room showcases a superb Gold Coast outlook. Our feature dishes are created with passion and flair, and sit well with our international diners. New entree favourites include double baked cheese soufflé; and hearty main dishes such as organic chicken roulade with cauliflower silk, baby leeks, sauteéd wild mushrooms finished with a truffle jus; or from the chargrill, our grain fed pure Angus 400 gram rib eye. To conclude your meal, treat yourself to French classic; mille feuille served with seasonal fruits and mango sorbet.
Bistro On3's wine list is a specific selection of red and white wines, all available by the glass or bottle. A selection originate from France while the majority have been sourced locally from boutique wineries in Australia.

- Nightly A la Carte Dinner from 6.00pm – 10.00pm (Closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays)
- High Tea available daily from 2.00pm - 5.00pm
