DANIEL RIDGEWAY - EXECUTIVE CHEF

Daniel brings experience well beyond his years, having worked under some of the world's leading chefs in London, Vancouver and most recently at the revered 'three, one, two' in Melbourne.

This creative young master has moved back to Queensland as Chef de Cuisine of Room81. Already he is making quite a name for himself both with food critics and diners alike with his fine flare featuring simple pure flavours and local produce in 'smart dining' concept.
