I love the scent of the hotel upon entering the lobby. Check in was swift and every staff was polite and helpful.
The hotel is immaculate inside and out and the staff were great for our entire stay. Sofitel Gold Coast truely deserves to be called a five star hotel.

First time stay at Sofitel... Booked a 3 day weekend get away after the hotel was rebranded from Grand Mecure to Sofitel. The room was immaculate with stunning view. Very spacious throughout and bathroom was clean. We ate at the restaurant within the hotel for breakfast twice and seafood buffet dinner once. Quality of food was exceptional. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience
