What happens if we arrive late at night?
Not to worry we have a 24 hour reception, we will also satisfy that late night craving and organise that early pick you require.
Can we get our room early / Can we stay in our room later?
Our check-in time is from 2.00pm. The Check-out time is 11.00am. If you arrive prior to this time, we are more than happy to hold your luggage until your room becomes ready. While you wait you can wonder through the 106 specialty shops in the Oasis shopping centre or have a coffee in our Pool Deck restaurant.
Where can I put my car or trailer?
Undercover car parking available for house guests - $15 per day self parking / $25 per day valet. If you need somewhere to park a trailer please contact our concierge and they will be happy to help you. (07) 5592 2250
Which exit do I take from M1 to SGC?
From the M1 Pacific Motorway [north or southbound], take exit 71 Gooding Drive heading East towards Broadbeach. Gooding Drive changes name to Hooker Blvd – drive approx 15-20mins following signs to Broadbeach. Once in Broadbeach turn left onto Gold Coast Hwy [Pacific Fair on right side, Conrad Casino on left). Drive 1 block north, turn right at the lights onto Victoria Ave, turn first right at roundabout into Surf Parade
What if I have to cancel my reservation?
Your reservation can be cancelled without penalty, if cancelled more than 48 hours prior to confirmed arrival date. If cancelled within 48hours of arrival, your deposit will be forfeited and/or credit card will be charged equivalent to 1 nights accommodation
At what ages do children pay?
Up to 2 children aged 0-11yrs can stay free in the room with their parents if they use existing bedding (example a room with 2 x double beds). If a rollaway bed is required an additional charge of $60 per day fee applies. If a cot is required, we can supply this free of charge.
Do you have microwave ovens?
You can hire a microwave oven for a fee of $20 per day, or $60 per week
What if we have 3 adults staying in the same room?
As all prices quoted are for 1-2 adults, if a 3rd adult stay, an additional charge applies. $60 per night on a room only rate, or $79 per night including buffet breakfast if on a package rate that includes buffet breakfast.
